The basic construction principle
Ideal insulation
The basic principle of the entire construction is a simple, fully insulated sandwich layer with a thickness of approximately 300 mm, which is filled with wood fiber insulation with a high lambda density coefficient throughout the entire thickness of the walls, floors and ceilings.
The partitions of the individual external walls of the house are made of BSH statically stable or I-beams. They are sheathed inside with OSB boards. The external external walls of the house are closed with waterproof MFP construction boards of class P5.
The Ready House concept consists of using an insulated homogeneous object, such as building bricks, but the fillings are solved with ecological blown wood fiber insulation Steico Zell.
Outer shell
The outer shell is closed with a UV/waterproof facade foil and a wooden grid for cladding with facade panels, such as Cetris or VIROC panels, or natural cladding made of Finnish Theromowood.
Window and door panels
Window and door panels are recommended for passive houses in a triple-glazed structure with an appropriate heat transfer coefficient Uw, Ud suitable for the passive house regime. We have tested the deliveries of Spanish aluminum terrace windows for our buildings.
Optimised construction
The rough structure can be based on metal piles concreted in the footings, or on concrete belts, or a full concrete foundation slab can be used. The interior of the Ready House wooden structure is again closed either with a 100% waterproof board of class P5 (green), or with an OSB board with a thickness of 12 mm. A great advantage is that the electrical and plumbing installations are run in the pre-walls and it is not necessary to intervene in the insulated shell of the structure to drill penetrations as in brick buildings. The final interior appearance is closed with SDK boards or wooden decorative boards.
Merge with nature
For a pitched roof, most structures prepared in this way can be covered with an EPDM roofing membrane and loaded with stone granulate (duckweed), or covered with a green grass carpet.
Depending on the readiness of the foundations and the size of the project, the construction period can be completed within 30 days from the delivery of the necessary cut material.
