READY 60 SOLAR
This specific low-energy house is designed so that it can be built from parts, in case of poor traffic conditions, directly on the plot like other microhouses, or it is already manufactured in one piece in the factory and transported on two 13m long trucks and then two structures are assembled using a crane.
The overall design is designed in such a way that you have two separate identical buildings connected by a glazed winter corridor. Each building can have its own layout and equipment. READY 60 SOLAR stands on concrete slabs 50x50x10cm and therefore, thanks to this original concept, they can be dismantled in case of moving to another location.

What is Thermowood?
-
a unique product of its kind, the creation of which was made possible by the revolutionary ThermoWood® wood heat treatment technology
-
products processed with this technology enable the successful use of wood materials of weaker dimensions from domestic (European) sources, with the fact that their useful properties and extended lifespan put them at the level of tropical wood species without the need to destroy tropical forests and endanger the ecological balance and the environment
-
The completely ecological ThermoWood® products supplied by us are manufactured at the Oy Lunawood Ltd. plant. in the city of Iisalmi (central Finland) and meet strict quality standards that are controlled by the Finnish ThermoWood® Manufacturers Association (abbreviation TWA)
-
input material comes from sustainably managed Finnish forests (PEFC certification)
-
it is mainly Nordic (Finnish) pine, because Nordic pine has much greater density, strength and hardness

Windows and doors
The designed windows and sliding doors are double-glazed in a minimalist aluminum frame from a branded manufacturer from Spain. They are mounted in a self-supporting frame, with intuitive patented opening and locking.
Do you want to build a house yourself?
You can build Ready Houses yourself, or we can build them for you. If you decide to build them yourself, you will of course receive detailed instructions from us. It's like putting together a slightly more complex cabinet from a Scandinavian furniture store. Only it won't be delivered to you by a courier, but by a truck :-)
If you have a group of skilled craftsmen around you, it will certainly not be a problem for you to build your own home. There is nothing wrong with that, just go through the manual, take a few days off and you can live!
What we supply for self-assembly:
-
roof and wall structures (LVL-KVH, I-beams)
(the base plate or passports must be provided by the investor) -
if it is a construction on piles/floor beams - it is necessary to prepare piles
