READY 25 STUDIO
In the STUDIO version, the Ready House 25 is offered with foundations, a 140 mm thick insulated structure, external and internal finishes, electrical wiring, an air-to-air heat pump, and the option of installing thermal electric mats in the floor. Furthermore, the house is equipped with complete internal equipment including appliances and a fully equipped bathroom and toilet.
The building is habitable all year round while maintaining full comfort.

The roof covering is EPDM - industrially welded membrane glued to OSB flap

Diffusion open construction
The tiny micro house Ready 21 has a ventilated facade and is designed as a diffusely open structure.
Adjustable feet
Ready 21 is built on special height-adjustable metal feet without the need for anchoring to the ground.
Roof foil
The roof is flat with a minimum slope of 3% and is closed with a homogeneous EPDM foil with 3D bonding from Belgium.
Windows and doors
The designed windows and sliding doors are double-glazed in a minimalist aluminum frame from a branded manufacturer from Spain. They are mounted in a self-supporting frame, with intuitive patented opening and locking.
Floor
The floor consists of 3-layer oak panels with a wax coating.
Terrace
The terrace is self-supporting, built on plastic targets, and lined with Finnish Themorwood pine. It is treated with Pulles-Adler oil paint.
Generator
Another fully independent option is the installation of an ACTIVE 5.6 kW off-grid gasoline or diesel generator suitable for similar constructions.

Kitchen, toilet, bathroom
The operating costs of this house in full winter operation for electric heating are approx. 20,000 CZK. By installing a mini PV plant with the purchase of summer surplus they are half.
Thanks to innovation in the preparation of finished parts and complete fittings, the construction is quite simple and can be completed turnkey in 4 people in 14 days.
