Technical description
low-energy wooden building designed as a single-family house for permanent or weekend living
The construction concept is based on the same beam construction technology as the other Ready House® houses in our offer.
This is a diffusion-open structure and special insulated columns made of LVL glued boards filled with EPS insulation are used for individual structural details of the corners of the structure.
The house is built on a prepared foundation-concrete slab with reinforcement and thermal insulation according to the detailed documentation.
basalt or wood fiber insulation in the walls is 140mm thick and the ceiling structure is fully insulated 300mm thick
window panels and portal windows are always supplied with double glazing in aluminum self-supporting frames patented by K-LINE. The energy label of the windows is A+
The roof structure is based on a double-skin structure and the final covering is a folded sheet metal from Satjam.
facade panels made of colored cement-bonded chipboard from the VIROC brand are mounted on a ventilated grid with a combination of wooden cladding and a view made of Finnish Thermowood pine
the overall construction concept is again designed, thanks to a unique solution for pre-production of parts, even as a do-it-yourself construction, while saving approximately 15% of the list price
Our detailed assembly instructions, providing a construction manager or TDS supervision, will allow you to save on turnkey construction costs while adhering to standards and procedures for successful completion of the construction without an external contractor.

Do you want to build a house yourself?
You can build Ready Houses yourself, or we can build them for you. If you decide to build them yourself, you will of course receive detailed instructions from us. It's like putting together a slightly more complex cabinet from a Scandinavian furniture store. Only it won't be delivered to you by a courier, but by a truck :-)
If you have a group of skilled craftsmen around you, it will certainly not be a problem for you to build your own home. There is nothing wrong with that, just go through the manual, take a few days off and you can live!

Windows and doors
The designed windows and sliding doors are double-glazed in a minimalist aluminum frame from a branded manufacturer from Spain. They are mounted in a self-supporting frame, with intuitive patented opening and locking.
