Do you want to build a house yourself?
You can build Ready Houses yourself, or we can build them for you. If you decide to build them yourself, you will of course receive detailed instructions from us. It's like putting together a slightly more complex cabinet from a Scandinavian furniture store. Only it won't be delivered to you by a courier, but by a truck :-)
If you have a group of skilled craftsmen around you, it will certainly not be a problem for you to build your own home. There is nothing wrong with that, just go through the manual, take a few days off and you can live!
What we supply for self-assembly:
-
roof and wall structures (LVL-KVH, I-beams)
(the base plate or passports must be provided by the investor) -
if it is a construction on piles/floor beams - it is necessary to prepare piles
-
windows and doors in aluminum design (double/triple glazing)
-
basalt insulation Woodsil or Pavatex
-
Steico Universal Black exterior structural boards and OSB 3 interior boards
-
DHF roof double skin made of DHF boards, LVL slope wedges and EPDM membrane (ALU sheets are possible)
-
VIROC 12 mm facade panels and Thermowood cladding
-
terraces are clad in Thermowood wood panels
-
installation fittings, sheets, screws, gluing
-
in the case of a metal roof, anchoring elements are supplied
-
detailed installation plan with steps for each day of work, with illustrations of details
